Wings are nice, but in my opinion, the first row of feathers (closest to the "bone" of wing) could be more circular and end a bit earlier, or it could end before it touches the edge of bone. Ehh... I can't explain it right . But that would look a little more realistic to me . And also wings could be lower. Now they seem to grow from the back of her head or they are her ears instead of regular wings.
Other than that I like that blue background very much. Nice shading and it has some kind of movement in it . The deep pink (that middle) is also very nice . I also like the composition and as usual your chara design . She's really looking very good, even if her desing isn't very complicated .
